This is what I offer:

I provide relational, trauma-informed counselling that supports you in doing the emotional work necessary to set you up to reach your individual goals and experience life and yourself in a way that is authentic and fulfilling to you.

 

This is how I do it:

I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space and provide individually tailored guidance and tools to address what holds you back from experiencing the joy and happiness you wish for. My approach goes beyond the cognitive level, creating the space and capacity for old patterns to shift into new ones that better serve the way you want to live life.

This is why it is beneficial to:

Our patterns affect many areas of life: romantic relationships, friendships, career, self-image, and our capacity for joy. Constructively addressing how these patterns influence you today offers the opportunity to move toward a more self-determined and fulfilling experience of life. :)

With Hot People Cry, I want to remind people that we are human. Feeling your emotions, especially the messy ones, might be the bravest thing we can do. And it's the key to being truly alive and living a life authentic to you.
